Looking closer

The Coupon/Loyalty Programme targets both patients and healthcare professionals (doctors, community health workers, health clinics and facilities) through their ‘care journey’. Points are delivered to patients based on their healthy behaviour (doctor visits, drug adherence, attending educational workshops) and to community health workers and clinics/doctors based on their adherence to protocols and patient tracking.

Points can then be redeemed through mobile app to obtain discounts for medicines or other services. The tracking software that underlies this system is a combination of medic mobile’s tools and software for patient and pharmacy inventory management, provided by one of the partners.
